General Notes:

 

 

1. Our product line ranges from average to extreme HD (High definition) quality, depending on the original source or DATE of the video. We do not compress,alter or degrade the original source files other than optimize for playback on both DVD/TV and Computer players.

 

2. Events filmed 5-8 years ago vs recent HD events clearly will play back in different quality formats, A Classic is vs a HD recent event is exactly like a car, except we have adjusted the price down (classice) rather than up!!!

 

3.Playback: There are so many formats,players, operating systems, download speeds and requirements, due to technology and time that we decided to offer only 2 playback options

(Windows Microsoft WMV streaming video and MPEG4 downloads (or playback), both of which embrace the highest quality and fasted download. We do however,  have the technical, as well as digital delivery of ANY format in the industry available for special orders, wholesale or affiliate (members) on a quotation basis. Recomended Software, Hardware and Player settings:

 

1. Adobe Flash Player (Version 10 or later) download (see below)

 

2. Enable Windows Media Player in browser add-ons (check Internet options. tools, add-ons)

 

3. For Windows operating systems, check if Windows XML is installed (runtime

    optimization) check Internet options in IE browser, tools,add-ons, non-authorization add-ons

 

4. Minimum Internet speed requirements is 10Kbs  (double modem speed) or more

    for previews and 30-100Kbs for downloads. (100Kbs = 1Meg) Internet Speed

    (check with your ISP!!!)

 

5. MPEG 4 videos will require the following:

 

   * DVD player with MPEG4 capability for DVD playback or

 

   * PC

      Windows Player Media player or Nero 8 or higher or Power DVD (Cyberlink)

      Version 8 or higher. You must enable one or another player as DEFAULT player in

      your operating system in order to get the correct CODECS loaded.We have found

      that having more than 2 players enabled, that HD or MPEG4 files will not play or not

      be optimized,due to CODECS collisions on computers, rather than file problems.

 

   * Direct connect to HD TV systems through HDMI cable will work perfectly for all

      file systems or regular TV's through AVI cables or equivalent works great.

 

   * Wireless playback will require a bit more speed, about 500K-700K

     depending on size of file.

 

   *Do not email, browse or download , while playing video files, your PC WILL

     crash or freeze or reboot, unless you have a "server" or equivalent super PC or

     Laptop.
